Description

Pennchlor 64 is a soluble broad spectrum antibiotic powder containing chlortetracycline HCL for swine and cattle treatment of scours (bacterial enteritis) and bacterial pneumonia.

 

CTC for livestock use (Pennchlor) is as follows...

  1. 5 Pennchlor packets/512 gallons will treat 512 100 lb pigs per day.
  2. 2 teaspoons of antibiotic powder for each 100 lbs of calf weight per day.

 

Because of its high solubility, Pennchlor is delivered via drinking water for entire herd treatment.  Cattle/Swine treatment length are 3-5 days.

 

Pennchlor 64 antibiotic powder purchase does require a PIPESTONE veterinary prescription.
